For the sake of saving you time we’ve included our most frequently asked questions here (duh). Hopefully this list helps solve any issues you may have but if we failed – feel free to reach out to us here and we’ll get back to you ASAP!

THE 'STUFF'
Are you a cop? Jk. Thanks to the 2018 Farm Bill, hemp and hemp-derived products are legal to produce, sell, and consume throughout all 50 states. These products must be derived from industrial hemp containing less than 0.3 percent THC. That being said, states can still decide if they want to allow the sale and production of hemp-based products.
Instead of small samples, we’ve chosen to offer one thing completely risk-free!
The benefit of this is that you really get to test out our stuff before making a decision! Try it, and if you don’t absolutely love it for any reason, we’ll refund your money.* Even if ‘your dog ate‘ whatever was left!
While hemp-based products are manufactured from hemp plants containing less than 0.3% THC, there are still trace amounts. There is a small percentage that consuming hemp may lead to a positive drug test for THC, as it does with any product made from hemp. If this is a significant concern, we advise speaking with your employer or doctor before use.

You can add your promo code to your order on the checkout page, right where you enter your payment information. If you’re on a computer, you’ll see a panel on the right side of the screen with a field that says “Enter Gift Card or Discount Code.” If you’re on your phone, click “see order details” at the top of your screen and enter your code in the discount code field.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Yesss we do & it’s the express kind of shipping because we’re just fancy like that.
86% of orders ship within 2 business days. You will receive an email with tracking information once the order ships. Once shipped, orders normally arrive within 3-5 days. We process and ship orders Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM ET. Orders placed outside of these hours will be processed the next business day. We are closed Saturday and Sunday. If you place your order after 5 PM ET on Friday, your order will be processed on Monday morning.
Now this next step is VERY important. Whatever you do, make sure that the second you get your tracking number you click it and let the waiting games begin! 😉

Sometimes orders can be prematurely marked as delivered or might have been dropped off at a front desk or mailroom. If you still haven’t received your order by the end of the next business day, let us know here.
